In the Dynamics 365 for Marketing online application you are supposed to be able to see the number of "Marketing Contacts" allocated and used. This category doesn't appear as one of the Quota names. I can see "Marketing email messages", "Total contacts in database" and "Litmus inbox previews" but not "Marketing contacts" as this document states: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/quota-management
I have run a few Customer Journeys for test purposes and would think I could see the contacts that were sent emails in the Used list.
After updating Dynamics 365 for Marketing the problem was solved.
Thanks!
My version of Dynamics 365 instance is the same as Clofly. However there was an update available for Dynamics 365 for Marketing which I am applying right now. It said it may take several hours. I will update the thread as to what happened after the update is complete.
Thanks
Hi bill,
You could open Dynamics 365 Marketing Application in D365 Admin Center to check whether there is a update notification.
I got it 4 hours ago when I just opened my application. Now my version is 9.1.0000.5229 and every quotas display normally as Abhinav's screenshot.
If issue still exists, please try to open a ticket for support.
Regards,
Clofly
Hi billiardguy,
As per my Understanding, there is no manual filter or setting for the "Marketing contacts" to show up on the Quota limits tab
as i checked, it showed up. Could you please share the Instance details of which you are using.
Hope it helps,
Best Regards,
Abhinav sunku.
