Hi!
I recently discovered Microsoft forms pro and I am planning to use this for our biannual nps survey. However, I would like to create a follow up flow (and assign the response to the responsible account manager) that automatically starts when the response has been received. Our account managers are using the dynamics for sales environment, and we our planning to buy the marketing add on as well. How can we best arrange the above mentioned.

We're happy that you are interested in using FormsPro with Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
Integration between the two is on our Roadmap, scheduled for October19 release https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2019wave2/dynamics365-marketing/planned-features so in a few months you should be able to create mentioned scenario.
