How to add multiple entities in the same question in inspection field services?

The look up entity in inspection allows only one entity without adding many entities to the same question

    Hi Jazz.esk,

    Unfortunately, one question only support one lookup entity by now. You can only add more questions to do this.

    You could post an idea at the ideas to progress this feature.
