How can all projects be posted to an Office 365 group calendar?

We have created Office 365 groups for each department in our organization (Administration, Marketing, Sales, Production, etc) and with them now have a shared group calendar for each.

Our question is, how can we used a shared calendar, such as for our Production group, to list all project dates / timelines?

That's a cool idea. My understanding is that this would be a feature for Project for the Web, which would then be inherited by Project Operations. You could check the roadmap for any matching items, search for any existing ideas or log a new one. Roadmap and ideas links are both included in this blog entry:

I would use Power Automate to sync relevant dates from a project record to your calendars.
