District/region based security to a role in dynamics 365

As a manager I shoud be able to see all the account and contacts acrros a particular country but shoud be the oppurutnities only available in my district , Can anyone suggest how it can be achieved?

    The easiest way is with the business units and then privileges in the security roles.

    The problem is bussiness is not allowing us to create BU .

    the problem is there are three districts lets say : London, machester, liverpool. We need to restrict them from seeing the opportunity in other districts but they can see all accoutns or contacts of which opporutnity is related.

    He does need to see only the oppurinty from London if he is a manager in london
