we need some advise on the CE Team member license & app.
We use D365 Finance & operations for back office processes and D365 CE for front office processes and are currently tying the two together with dual write and virtual entities. But of course there will be users who only have a Finance & Operations license and only work in that app - but we still want to give them a basic insight on outstanding cases for a customer. We were obviously thinking about giving them a D365 CE team member license and then building a canvas app that you can then integrate in FinOps. But according to the upcoming changes for team members that doesn't seem a viable option - team member license only gives access to the Customer service team member app. So since we haven't been able yet to install that app - my question is if you can easily embed that app in Finance & operations and make it context aware?
