Item references mass-upload?

I want to add a couple of hundreds of rows in the item reference table.
I want to connect our item number to a customer's item number. Doing this manually, one by one, is straightforward. 
However, it is not feasible since I want to add about 2000 new rows.
 
If I look at the item reference table though, there's some fields missing. 
When I do it manually, here's what I see and what I use (sorry, it's in swedish):

When I look at the item reference table, here's what I see:

And as you can see, there's no way for me to add the information that the reference number is based on a customer, nor what customer ID it is connected to. 
 
How can I proceed?

    Hi, the easiest way is to use the Configuration Package.

    Edit in Excel can also be used, but some minor customization may be required if you need custom fields.
