Hello ,
I have a problem on some PC's in our Call center .
The button "call customer" is not working.
Config for the pc's:
win 10 pro
ie 11 ( latest version)
java 8.172.
I've tried compatibility view , pop up setting , modified internet explorer settings to mirror other PC's( on those the button is working as intended) , mirror java settings .

Could you provide some more details on what this button triggers?
Did you consider user specific related issues (e.g. missing permissions to trigger the action)?
Do you have any custom add-ons/extensions installed on the affected environment?
I would for sure recommend checking via browser Developer Tools on the affected and working client and compare differences on the network calls or any JavaScript errors. This comparison might give you some more insights on what is happening differently on the affected environment.
