PTO Pending haphazardly calculating

PTO Pending is not calculating correctly. It is not happening on every new employee nor is it happening consistently on the same employee. The client is using PTO Manager and MEM and can have multiple users in the payroll at the same time. So we have 18 new employees whose Pending hours are not correct. Either the first check did not calculate or their latest check did not calculate. There have been no changes to the employees pay codes or PTO setup. I have tried to recreate the error in the test environment but PTO calculated fine for all employees tested. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    RE: PTO Pending haphazardly calculating

After escalating the case to Microsoft, it was determined that PTO Manager using Pending PTO cannot work properly when having multiple users processing payroll at the same time when completing PTO Pending on a hours worked calculation. At this point Microsoft has not indicated when this will be corrected. But has been brought to developers attention.
