Facing Issue when Preview Mini Sales Quote List in Development Environment

Hi all,

I'm facing the issue below when press on Preview button in Development Environment. Anyone know why cause the error? May I know how to solve it?

    there are 2 issues :

    1. Value (report to InterSystems) = %1

    2. The database name is invalid
