    Hi Rhoda,
     
    Your question can be interpreted in two different ways. Either you don't want to use the functionality at all and want to remove setup forms and the warehouse columns from forms or you want to restrict using a particular warehouse which was created in the application, but not used anymore.
    Assuming it is about locking one of the available warehouses, you can consider a customization. E.g. restricting access via a security policy. I created an example to restrict access per user, but you can take this example and adjust it to your needs: Extensible Data Security examples - Secure by warehouse (dynamicspedia.com)
