Number sequence group not show some of Reference under area:Sales

Dear Expert,

I try to setup new environment for test and in the topic of Number sequence group

I just found something not display when compare with production such as...

-Sales debit note
-Sales debit note voucher
-Customer tax invoice
-Customer tax invoice voucher

..Could any one give advice for me and and how to setup.

    These options might be part of a certain release or localization. What exact version are you running and what in what country is this legal entity?

    I use AX2012 R2 and localization:Thailand.
    Its may be one or more setup needed.

    Hi Prasit,

    These number sequences are indeed related to the localisation for Thailand. You need to enable the configuration key "Thailand government certification". This is a sub key of "Sales Tax".

    If you open the Legal entities form, then select the record for the legal entity where you are in. Then check the address details for this legal entity. If it is not Thailand, the number sequences are not activated in this legal entity.

    I just found its was wrong.  If I have no transaction posted,  Can I change the primary country to be "THA"

    and reactivate?  or any way for solve this problem. Please advise me again.

    Hi Prasit,

    I haven't changed the primary country before. Possibly it is blocked for editing. You can try to change it. Deleting and recreate the legal entity is an option, but if you have a lot of setup already, it would be cumbersome. Then you can consider to change it using an x++ job. But this should be tested if there is any impact in a separate environment first.

    Dear Andre,

    I have try to do it, system allow to change and not found error during change.

    After changed, for the next step I go to -->System administration\Periodic\ and Click "Compile application".

    Compile process complete with no error but the Number sequence still not show.

    I think that create new legal entity may be the best way for solve this problem.
