is was looking for an SQL-script that gives me all the created/modified Dates of any obj. I found the Utilelements/ Utilidelements views which would perfectly show wht im looking for. But when Scrolling thru it seems that the modifieddatetime is sometimes the last compile / cil date. Is there anyway to get rid of these?

We wrote a script a while ago to find out what objects have been modified in the last 24 hours (for auditing). However it ended up being mostly useless as alot of objects in AX simply do not record modifieddatetimes. Especially objects that have sub-objects. We used the SysDictClasses quite extensively to accomplish this.
I agree with Andre, the best way is certainly Source control.

If you really need the real dates probably a source control system like Team Foundation Server is better compared these tables.
Unfortunately we can't control changing the dates as it is handled by the kernel.
UPDATE: Also the morphX source control can be used in this case.
