Schedule Board not displaying all records, as shown in the bottom bar

We're having an issue with the Schedule Boards. It's not showing all records that should be shown:
 
All accounts have roles and departments assigned to them and all of them should be seen in the Schedule Board.

There are only three resources in the table, so we're not sure where the problem lies. Could this be a Microsoft back-end issue?
