Hi,
We have been using Dynamics NAV 2016 since 2016!. I have renewed the licences through our present provider only during the last years. Now, after comparing the price/rate offered by other Microsoft partners, we seriously think to buy/renew our licence from another partner. Sametime, we want to continue technical support AMC with the existing provider.
I want to know if there any technical issue in renewing the licence through another partner or not?

Normally the renewal fee is standard and all the partners will charge 16% from your license value. The new partner may be willing to provide you a discount from the partner discount they are getting to add a new client but, if you're changing the partner check and make sure that you're getting the same rate for all the renewals going forward. changing the licensing partner would not cause any problems and we have done that with couple of clients. Also you should be able to continue the AMC with the existing provider. (depend on the policies and processes of your provider)
Technically speaking, there shouldn't be any issue with that. I have seen big companies using multiple vendors to support them.
This depends on your partner though. They might not want you to move to other partner because renewing license is pretty good income for them.
