Email Template/Signature Image size is different when open using outlook desktop

I have image embedded in email template and signature using the web address url. The width and height is specified and it looks fine in the D365 template and signature. However, once users received the email and open with outlook desktop, the image size does not show the correct width i configured in the template and signature. Anyone knows what is the solution for this?

Sorry Haig Liu , unfortunately that is not the case. My image is loaded via the web url as you can see in the image i shared. The size i define in the template worked well for outlook (web), gmail (web) so far tested these 2. The only issue is when i open the email where my image is loaded via web url in the outlook (desktop), i realized that the size i defined in the email template is ignored by the outlook itself. Which i also have googled online, people saying that outlook does not support to render image that has width or height defined with css "px" eg. 12px, which causing it to ignore the size of the image. Hence, from what i learned online is that i need to define the size without "px" eg. width:12. My concern is that does Dynamics 365 email template supported this feature? Or is there a alternative solution to solve this issue?

    Hi Low Chen THye,

1.Whether your picture is more than 600 pixels wide?

Each recipient's screen size is different, especially on mobile devices where compressed images are common.

2.You may need to adjust the DPI of the picture:
