How to chose between Power Automate and Azure logic Apps [Liscencing]

Hello,
We have requirement to connect Dynamics 365 to another System using Rest API (HTTP connector) We have already Dynamics 365 liscence.

So their is not a lot of connectors that we well call (maybe 3 connectors in earch Run) And for the Data we have about 50 Runs/Day

As I understand, We have to purchace a licence for er automate even if we have already Dynamics 365(using the HTTP connector)

So My question is What is the best choice for us ? Power Automate Or Logic Apps ?
As per logic apps we pay per run and we dont have a lot of runs ?

    Thank you for the answer, 
    All the links you provided talk from the technical point of view, 
    I did not find any good compare on the pricing side,  because the  Two of them  are good for us from a technicl point of view. 

    So My question is , Do we need tu purchase a  licence of  Power Automate   as we already have a dynamics 365 licence ? 
    knowin that  our  Flow  will be trrigered from D365  and  send data  to external system using HTTP request.
