How to display the subject of portal comment in the Activities

Hi,

Reg : D365, Customer Service Portal

I would want to display the subject of portal comment in the Activities in Case Details Page of the Customer.

    Hi Partner,

    If you created portal comment from D365 UCI, you could fill in the subject and it will display on the timeline both in D365 and portal.(You need to add the portal comment to "Portal Timeline View" in Activity entity view first).

    And if you created portal comment in portal directly, you could only fill in description without subject, it is by design.

    But we can see that if the portal comment contains subject, it will display on portal or D365 entity form timeline automatically.

    If my understanding is not correct, please share details.

    Hi Leo,

    Please find the below screenshot for the requirement,

    When you add the Subject in New Portal Comment from D365 Customer Service Hub that subject should be displayed into the Timeline of the customer portal.

    Please let me know is there any way to display the Subject from D365 to Customer Portal
