Hi,

I've extended "VendPurchOrderJour" table and modified the property "No" to "Yes" for Created by and Created date & time field.

Finally, I have sync and build the project. but, i'm unable to fetch the field using select statement. "Field is not appearing".

Kindly check an help me pls

Remember to build before sync. The database sync is based on the compiled binaries so if you sync before you built your changes, the new fields will not appear.

Hi AXDeveloper,

What exactly do you mean with field is not appearing? Is it about intelli-sense which is not showing the field? In that case, try to type the field name in your select statement.

Ok but can you still actually use the fields in your code? If you just type the field, can you compile succesfully and does your code work?

Hi Nikolaos,

I have typed manually the field name "CreatedBy" in code and build the project. I haven't reached any error message in my code.

Why does Intelli-Sence is not showing the created by field?

In general IntelliSense seems quite buggy with D365FO. So, it's a bug. You can report it to Microsoft support, that will definetely help getting it fixed.

created date and time is blank also balance is 000.

I think you don't get created date and time values for old records.

It will be available for newly created records after enabling created date time in table.
