Seniority and Hire Dates not showing correctly in Talent

Posted on by 165

Good Afternoon

The client imported their Seniority Dates into Talent. When you look at the employee record it's subtracting a day from the record, for example a employee was hired on 11/27/2006. It's showing as 11/26/2006 in Talent. We verified that the time zone and other settings are correct. Any ideas of what could be causing the issue?

Thanks

Courtney

    Hi Courtney.

Have you checked under the user's timezone? I was doing some testing and have seen that certain dates are displayed based on the user timezone. If you change your timezone under your user settings does the seniority date change when you go back to the same record?

That is a know bug in Talent due to GMT.  You can log a support case in Talent by clicking on the '?', then Support.
