Knowledge Articles does not show any article
-The configuration of the entities Article of knowledge and Cases is enabled to Manage Article of knowledge
-Entity permissions are enabled for authenticated users.
-The articles created are published.
Do you know if any other configuration needs to be reviewed?

Do you mean you could see none articles in Knowledge Base home page?
Did you try to search any key word to find an article in portal?
If so, the KB home page only shows the categories of KB articles, not show articles directly.
You should enter one of the categories and then you will be able to find the articles under it.
You should configure the categories for each articles first in D365.
