Dynamics 365 - Field Readonly setting randomly removed when editing Forms

Hi team,  in Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement  on a custom entity,  does anyone know how to fix the issue of readonly setting being randomly removed from fields whenever you edit a form?

    This read only option will uncheck randomly on different fields if you change the form at all by adding new fields or just opening the form editor and saving.

    I have seen this bug occur since October 2018 and it continues to occur today.

    It is so bad, that I will have to add javascript to the form set the fields to read only to ensure it continues to be readonly.

    I was wondering if there is anything we can do or if it will be fixed in a future patch.   I am using Microsoft Edge browser.

    Hi Rebecca77,

    I tested it in my environment and didn't have this problem.

    I searched the entire community and didn't seem to have the same theme.

    You could refer to this post: community.dynamics.com/.../282732

    I recommend that you raise a Microsoft support ticket.
