Hi Harsh,
Under dependents tab, click on Personal contacts.
This will open personal contacts form, create new record here and change relationships. When you change relationships, accordingly this will make dependents radio button active and you can change the value.
Please see below example.
I am not sure on this why its not coming.
Can you try with different relationship and for different benefits.
I have tried the same thing now and its working for me.
If its D365 Fo environment try debugging it.

Not working tried all.
I have just added the personal contact with relationship as child and i am able to see that in the grid, Can you uncheck the emrgency contact and Beneficiary toggle to No and then check.
Also check whether the benefit is active.
Try adding it for some other employee and check.

Yes, I have added the dependents in the personal contacts... how to get in the above mentioned ss - list of dependents under Benefits;

You need to click on personal contacts button >> In that form you need to add dependents.
After adding dependents in the form it will get automatically show in the benefits form.
