Hi all,
I'm building a dynamic marketing list (contacts) and I need to exclude contacts that are members in another static marketing list.
Is that possible?
Hi ThimiosSp,
Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to do this. Dynamic marketing list would execute the fetchxml when you load members. However, there is no fetchxml can exclude contacts from another marketing list.
You could post an idea here to progress this feature:

Hi
there is one way you can do this but it requires a flow. You create a flow that triggers when you add or remove from this particular marketing list. The action in the flow is to update a field on the contact record. This contact record you use to filter on in your dynamic list.

Hello,
Currently, with dynamics marketing lists that's not possible. Let me give you some 'turarounds':
a) I would create a static list instead and I would use the option Remove members using advanced find to remove members that would be included in another static list:
b) Bulk edit the records to include a specific tag/keyword in Description or any other field, then filter the members to do not include members that contains that specific tag/keyword
I believe my suggestion offered an automatic way of doing this so I would say it is very much possible.
