I have had Ax2012 CU5 and when i try to print a per forma invoice it's shown empty i have checked in class and debug it also the records is inserted in to temp table.

If you print the final invoice, it is showing correctly or not? Do all users have this problem?
Can you find anythin interesting in the Windows event logs?
Did you have some customizations on this report? You can try the next steps to see if it helps, but I cannot give guarantees.
- Full CIL compile
- Redeploy the reports
- Delete usage data (syslastvalue)
Invoice relates reports use Regular tables in cu5. beyond R2 cu7 they use tempDB.
If no customization is done, i can only think of font and display settings of the monitor.
Please let us know if you are to print the report fine, or save to PDF.
If report uses tableStyleAlternating rows template that pirticular section could be invisible on large font and display setting on the screen, but print and PDF and excel render fine.

yes Final invoice work fine one every user but per forma invoice have this issue.
i have checked log view but did not find error.yes some ISV's have done on it .
yes i have already run Full , clear use date and redeploy report but no success.
It is very hard to guess what is wrong without having a look at the environment itself. Can you have someone locally who can have a look at it?

Above issue is solved to add a field JournalRecId in temp table of report which is missing.
