Hi,

I have a business requirement, that whenever there is a return for a certain product group or certain items , then the sales return needs to go through a workflow process for approval.

Checking the existing workflows, I couldn't see anything that relates to sales returns. Hopefully there is something out of the box without the need of a new customization.
