Activate new asset on existing asset

Hi 

We do have some assets currently in Build. 

Is there a proper way to transfer the new asset after finishing to an existing one in addition...

e.g. We have an existing building and a new asset in construction for an advertising panel.

After the construction is finished I want to activate the advertising panel in addition to the building.

Is there a way to activate a new asset in addition to an existing one?

    looks like the SPLIT Function is only for India
