I can find the entity from the customizations! Help!!
I was able to update the Sales Attachment (salesliteratureitem) form by asking for MS support. Also, it was found that the issue I encountered is a product bug, so they executed a script that will allow me to update the form.
I would suggest for anyone who has issues with this form to raise a ticket to MS.

Sales Attachment (salesliteratureitem) is an entity which I believe is not customizable and is very limited in what you can change since via classic editor or make.powerapps the forms available have the value of customizable equals False and no option to create new fields or forms.
