
Our end users are no longer able to connect to our CRM365 via android devices. This seemed to start a few weeks ago which correlates to the update of the app. My iPhone and iPad users do not have any issues.
Please let me know if this issue has been identified already and the ETA to get it resolved.

For Huawei and Honor device, do the following:
Go to Settings > Battery > App launch.
Under Manage automatically for the authenticator app set the toggle switch to OFF.
On the Manage manually screen ensure that Secondary launch / Can be launched by other apps is enabled. This will allow the Dynamics 365 mobile app to launch the app.
For a Vivo device, do the following:
Go to Settings > More Settings > Applications > Autostart.
Set the toggle switch to ON for the authenticator app.
