The link you shared is related to D365 Commerce ( Retail ) not CRM. So you want to use Card Payment facility without POS , mean with only D365 Client . if so you can create Payment Method for Card Payment and use it when you invoicing .

Customer - AX Terminal(Assume there is no pos, just cashier with ax system) - warehouse picks the item and delivery to the customer
Once the customer pays money with credit /Debit card after invoicing & later customer collects their items @ delivery point.

Its standard functionality you can create sales order at POS and as well as you can collect the payment at the POS . (I assume you referring pos as counter)

The customer went to the shop to buy products.
Customer place the order at the counter. Once place the order then customer pay the money by cash or card.
I have the idea of cash sales but I don't have an idea about paying by card processing.
Can you please clarify card processing, please.
So you mean customer place order via Ecommerce and pay at POS ?
