Last week we began to see an error when trying to access live chat transcripts:
Error occured during initialization of control: MscrmControls.FormInitiator.FormInitiatorControl;Message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'reportErrorEvent')
This appears in the Customer Service Hub and Omnichannel applications.
Does anyone know what the issue is and how it can be fixed?
