ReportI'm trying to use an external media server, and edited the file name and URL under 'Define media template' for Product images. POS is still looking for image files with item number in POS, which is used when generating URLs, and my edited URL is not used, I can see in the event viewer:
Error loading image for 'https://................................../MediaServer/media/979412_000_001.jpeg'. The Image is not displayed due to one or more of the following reasons, the image does not exist or the rendering failed.
The file name is set as below. What am I missing, does anyone know? Thanks!
