Trial balance with no GL account code

Dear experts,

Please advise on below

1. We have created a new financial dimension set included all the financial dimensions that we use.

2. Then we exeucted a TB with this newly created dimension set

3. We can see few TB lines with amounts , but no GL account or fin dimensions against it.

Please see below for an exampe -  threre is no account code or dimensions but has a value (2578.8 USD).

Could you please advise what could be the route course of this and how to get this right.

Note: We have re built the balances for this dimension set but no results.

    What version are you on? This is an older hotfix that may be relevant Install the hotfix KB2979922

    You must initialize the balances after creating a new financial dimension set so that it is available to choose from in the financial dimension set drop down in the trial balance form.Please note that the Rebuild balances functionality is only available after you have performed the Initialize balances function.

     Do you have a Rebuild balance batch task ? .

    We alreday tried rebuilding the balances, but no luck.

    Hello Darshanak,

    After creating the new dimension set have you rebuild the balances and updated them in the same form where you set them up?

    If not then this is something you can try doing.

    HI Andre,

    Thanks for your respond.

    I dont see this issue with different dimension sets.

    The above difference is coming out from a one perticular dimension set/ transaction. What could go wrong? please advise

    Hi Darshanak,

    Do you get the same result if you are using another dimension set with e.g. only the main account? Or is the trial balance then correct?
