Ledger Transaction Listing report

Hi Everyone,

I have been using Ledger Transaction List (General Ledger> Ledger report),however it now opens up in a pdf format which is not very user friendly.

Earlier it was like an inquiry format and you could add filters in the data. How do i revert back to the old format ?

    You can try to disable the feature "report PDF viewer".

    Hi Grace,

    Can't you use the trial balance list instead?

    It's an online form that allows you drilling into details directly and exporting things to Excel if you like.

    Alternatively, use the financial reports.

    Personally, I prefer those functionalities over static reports.

    I am assuming you have upgraded your system then.

    There has been a change in report view, kindly check the blog I described here, community.dynamics.com/.../pros-and-cons-on-the-new-pdf-embedded-feature

    Thanks Ramit, I have not enabled "Report PDF viewer" however my reports are still in PDF. I suspect the Quality updates that MS released last week that has caused this change,.

    Hi Grace,

    Could you please try enabling the "Report PDF viewer" and then disabling it. Might be that the feature is not disabled properly.
