The solution is D365FO

How would I see what version each user is using as I need to track all entries and activities throughout the organisation.  These entries are PO, Invoices, credit credit etc.

Need to pull full audit reports for the entries and activities.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you please b specific which all are the documents you need audit?

There is no one place to see the same, it depends on type of transactions.

All financial audit trail can be see (GL > Inquiries and Reports > Audit trail) or GL > Inquiries > Voucher transaction > Audit trail button)

Apart from this purchase order , purchase requisition versions can be found on respective transactions journal.

Apart from this if you want to enable log for master data or any table record change, you can enable from System admin > Data base log but it should be done carefully because this is going to increase the data base size.

    Hi taniavb,

As mentioned by Saurabh, the database log should be setup carefully. It is not intended to enable logging for just all tables as the customer is asking now. It will cause a rapidly growing database and logging will slow down the performance. You should reply by asking why and for what purpose. Then you might come to the core issue and check if some versioning and some database log would be sufficient.
