Hi, good day and happy new year everyone!

I would like to ask for your insight regarding customer credit limits in D365 F&O. Is there a 1. Option to generate a report in D365 identifying customers to be placed on hold due to approaching or exceeding credit limits and

2. Option to generate a report of customers eligible for release from hold as their credit becomes available again

Hi Sharlena,

You can use below report to see the exposure and impact on credit limit on customer.

Credit & Collection > Enquiries and reports > Credit management > Customer balance statistics
