Edit customer after saving customize fields

Hi Everyone,

I added some customize fields in the customer form and save these customize fields in the dbo.custtable but when i am clicking the edit button from the POS application that time the customize fields are not showing the saved values of the customer which is selected for the update. So anyone explain me, how to do this???
