Text Analytics Entity Mapping Entity records is not getting saved for few records

On Click of new Text Analytics Entity Mapping button once form is opened without changing values of Entity / Field optionset and on click of save button values are not getting saved.

Hi Partner,

This seems to be a known issue, you can try to fix this by applying the workaround

Workaround is to use the legacy web client to create the Advanced Similarity Rule instead of the UCI client which has this validation issue):

Step 1: Create an advanced similarity rule as you would normally, then copy the rule id from the URL as highlighted below:

Step 2: Invoke the web client version of Text Analytics Entity Mapping using the URL format below after replacing the value for _CreateFromId copied from the Step above:

xxxxx.cm.dynamics.com/main.aspx***************%257d%26_CreateFromType%3d9949%26etc%3d9945&newWindow=true&pagetype=entityrecord&forceUCI=0&etn=textanalyticsentitymapping

Note: Please replace xxxxxxxxx in the url above with your dynamics org ur

This should take care of creating a new Text Analytics Entity Mapping Record and associate it with the Advanced Similarity Rule ID provided.

Hi partner,

Is your D365 region North America? I test this function in 2 environment.

1.North America, 9.1.0000.15060.

When loading the new create form, there is a JS error and if I clicked on Save, the fields will be filled value automatically and could not save.

2.Asia, 9.1.0000.15631

It worked well.

Usually, the Asia-pacific region will update faster than North America, please be patient, it will be updated to North America soon :-)
