A new field job should be created and the Incident type and checklists associated to that Service Order Line item is copied to the new field job and removed from the original field job. Can anyone explain me plugin and action code related to that task
Hi Shivani, having trouble understanding the question. Can you elaborate? When you mention service order line, just want to make sure you are referring to the field service product as opposed to service management in finance and operations?
