Tool of Crash dumps analysis doesn't analysis properly

We have problem in making analysis of AX crash dumps.
The tool of analysis doesn't run propertly since 28,Dec 2016.

It seems that the tool runs well when I upload the crash dumps,
but the tool doesn't work property when I try to analysis them.

I deleted the old records (about 200 datas), because I thought
this was the reason why tool won't work.

We would like to analysis more about 100 dumps as soon as possible,
 so let me know some information to solve this problem.

    I suggest you create a support request with Microsoft (this is just a community forum). In the meantime, you can use WinDbg directly, especially if you already have somebody familiar with it.

    Are you uploading full dumps? Using the latest DebugDiag generates a lot more minidumps for thread exceptions, if you misconfigure it, from which you will not be able to extract any useful information.

    Try using other ways of generating the dumps if you are using DebugDiag, like Windows Error Reporting.

    　　What I was in trouble was the problem attached below .

         I posted options on LCS to improve this problem on Jan 23.

    　　Then the trouble got fixed , about three days after I asked.
