    Hi Chensa Sapalo,

Do you have any messages in widows event viewer ?

    Hi Ievgen,

Here's the error in the event log

The description for Event ID 180 from source Microsoft Dynamics AX cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 6.

RPC exception 1722 in Ping occurred in session 32 ,process: Ax32.exe ,thread: 11904

That's the last message before restart ? It does not say anything useful.

It's a message about AX client not being able to reach the AOS; there definitely should be an event about the service crash too. Are you looking on the machine where your AOS server is installed?

    Hi Chensa,

You can try to use the Crash and Hang analysis tool available on LCS to be able to find out the cause of the restart. Also monitor if there are sufficient resources. In the past I have seen crashes caused by coding, kernel issue and also not sufficient memory on the AOS server.

Hi Chensa. Was this environment recently upgraded? If so, I would check all Components (DB, AOS, Client, BC) versions to ensure they match. The event message suggests a possibility is the in-correct version of the BC is trying to communicate with other components and causing this issue.
