Net requirements problem

I have a very strange situation with the net requirements of a product (attached the screenshot) that has some on-hand, only one sales order and only one production order to fully satisfy the demand.

The production order is not pegged against the demand and instead AX is proposing a planned production order.

I digged into coverage group (that is used by hundreds of other products), and all the possible parameters I'm aware of , rerun multiple times the MRP though not able to make AX peg the demand against the production order.

What it could be?Net-requirements-PA01BU_2D00_21.jpg

    Hi Sjoe,

I replicated the same scenario on a latest version D365, with the same results.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/master-planning/more-about-dynamic-negative-days

Between the Production order and the Sales order there are 66 days and the Negative days are set to only 30.

Then I changed the negative days to 70 and the Production order was pegged to the demand.

    Hope this helps.
