After unblocking the user on the exchange admin portal and upping the outgoing anti spam policy to the max (10,000 per day) we are still getting blocked. I spoke with exchange support for an hour and they seem to think Dynamics is sending out more than 30 emails per minute. We' have been unable to email statements to our customers for 3 weeks now. Seems like a Microsoft program with Microsoft outlook and Microsoft exchange should be able to handle an innate task. Is there a way to tell Dynamics to slow down the outbound emails or some sort of other workaround?
