We are having service ticket entity list and a metadata filter of account lookup set on the entitylist. Account has more that 5000 records , so all records are not coming in the account lookup filter. Is there a way to fix this??

I wonder if you have any 'Related Records Filtering' configuration on Service Ticket entity's Account Look up field like following.
You could go to Settings–>Customizations–>Customize the System, then expand the “Entities” section, and navigate to the Service Ticket entity. Select “Forms” to open up the form you want the lookup field filtering to apply to.
