Hi there,
We would like to invite our customers to a survey and afterwards be able to see which answers each customer has given. As far as I understand this can be achieved with creating a Customer voice form and embedding the link to it in the mail via the appropriate "special element" tile. So far so good. I have created survey and can see the customer voice tile in the email designer, but when I try to chhose a survey the system is saying "there are no surveys, please create one". What have I done wrong?
Hi,
Ensure that you create the Customer Voice survey in the same environment as your Dynamics 365 Marketing environment.
Then it should be available to select when you are in Marketing. Hope this helps.
Do you mean that the Marketing app is not installed in the same environment with the Survey?
You can check it in Power Platform admin center.
So we might have found the problem: Survey has not been stored in the same default storage area as Dynamics Marketing, but I do not have rights to choose appropriate storage area. Now we have to find out how I can be given access to appropriate storage area and hopefully it will work afterwards
hey Nya,
no problem, but it's in German.....
Good idea dear. With the help of a survey, you can know your audience's views.
Hi,
Would you please provide a screenshot about the message?
Hello Nya,
thanks for your effort. In fact, this is what we already did but still surveys are not visible in email designer.
Hi,
Please make sure that the option "Customer Voice integration" in Settings > Other settings > Feature switches > Integration is enabled.
Then refer to the following documentation to know how to insert a survey into Marketing email.
Add surveys to your Dynamics 365 Marketing campaigns (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
