Hi,
I am trying to make an advanced search to find how many chat sessions we have per month. But are unsure which table reflects one chat conversation seens there are a lot of omnichannel related tables.
I have tried table "conversation" (logical name: msdyn_ocliveworkitem) and table "session" (logical name: msdyn_ocsession) which differ quiet a lot in number.
Background is that we inted to start using power virtual agent which gives 1K Power Virtual Agents sessions/tenant/month and I would like to know if that will be enough.
Thanks in advance!
Hi Johanna98,
You need use table "conversation" (logical name: msdyn_ocliveworkitem)

Thank you so much for your !
So the number of rows in table "conversation" (logical name: msdyn_ocliveworkitem) will be equivalent to the ones counted for Power Virtual Agents sessions/tenant/month?
Yes.
You're right!
