I see you are asking several good questions like this. Can you provide a little context on the motivation behind the questions and how you plan to use the responses?
I imagine you'll get a similar answer to this question, as each customer will have their favorite feature or functionality depending on what they use GP for. Plus, there's hundreds of ISVs/third-party products designed to work with Dynamics GP to give it added features.
