Encountering an error when resolving a customer case in D365 with this ErrorCode in the Error Log file. Screenshor below. Trace:
Starting sync workflow 'CUS - Client Portal - Prevent a Case form being sent to Client', Id:xxxxx
Entering ConditionStep1_step: Check if Client Portal Status has information
Entering StopWorkflowStep3_step: Give Error Message and Fail
Sync workflow 'CUS - Client Portal - Prevent a Case form being sent to Client' terminated with error 'This Case is active already on the Merchandise Portal. Please create a new case.'
I already closed the case on the separate Portal.
