How to login Business Central Support Incident to MS

Hello,

I would like to open up a support incident with Microsoft Support for Business Central for our customer. We encountered weird situations when refreshing Production Order. Even when nothing change (i.e. same start date), the project ending date keeps adding another 7 days for the last few routing lines each time we click on Refresh. The system will keeps adding 7 days to the due date until the calendar runs out of date for the year that had been setup. I am not sure if this is a bug.

Can anyone advise me how can i create a support incident to MS for the above? On MS website (https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/), it mentioned that support is included with Dynamics 365 subscription. As the customer is using D365 BC, does it mean that they are entitle for support?

Appreciate all advises.

May, Tang

    BC-Support-Request.docxHi Stefano,

I logged into CSP and click on Support > Partner Support Requests (on my left navigation). The CSP  list out the type of request such as Account Setting, CSP Analyze and Reporting, CSP ADK, SDK, sandbox etc. I could not find any relevant support type that i could use. I would like to request for support for a D365 Business Central (Customer Live Environment) production process flow. We are a CSP parter and our customer is using the latest version of BC (Premium) on cloud. They are facing a problem whereby their production order routing ending dates keep changing to a wrong future date each time they refresh the order even though no change was made on the starting date.

I am attaching the CSP support request screen shot. Which request option do you think we should choose to submit this type of support request?

Thanks Stefano for your advise. Will try via the CSP Portal.

Are you a partner with a contract? If so, CSP portal is your place to go. CSS support follows the CSP partner. A customer can raise a support ticket via its CSP.

Summary of where to file bugs and issues:

For collaboration in preview or beta versions of AL Language in Visual Studio Code (aka ModernDev), use GitHub

For Microsoft partners, for versions already in general availability and supported, file requests through Microsoft Partnersource (mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource ( For ISVs/VARs who have discovered a bug in a in preview or beta version, use MS Collaborate (docs.microsoft.com/.../collaborate

For Business Central customers who have issues or found bugs, please contact your Microsoft partner.
