Assigning entitlements to customer

Hi,

Let's say that we deploy D365 with Customer Service Module. We have imported our base of clients, contacts, SLA, products. And now there is an issue - we have approximately 500 hundred of clients and now we have to assign them to SLA and assign products to them.

If we create xlsx file with entitlement for every customer, we will have to manually assign products for every entitlement. Unfortunately we cannot use entitlement template in data import. Do you have any idea, how to assign in possible easiest way Customers to SLA and to the Products?

    Hi,

    It's generic products.

    Generally there is situation like this:

    We have 500 client. For every of this client there is one SLA, it doesnt't matter which product is assigned, but every client has got difference products.

    My question is how can i automate the process of assigning customer with products?

    Is there any possibility of importing entitlements with product list or something like that?

    You likely need to provide further logic.

    Are they generic products or a customer assets etc?

    Do you need to assign products or do you just apply the entitlement and SLA to Cases that are created for a customer product! Are their different SLA's for different products?
