Let's say that we deploy D365 with Customer Service Module. We have imported our base of clients, contacts, SLA, products. And now there is an issue - we have approximately 500 hundred of clients and now we have to assign them to SLA and assign products to them.
If we create xlsx file with entitlement for every customer, we will have to manually assign products for every entitlement. Unfortunately we cannot use entitlement template in data import. Do you have any idea, how to assign in possible easiest way Customers to SLA and to the Products?
